I’ve recently started a new evaluation project with Purchase Area Health Connections (Paducah, KY) in partnership with the McNary Group. The project hopes to improve overall patient health outcomes for those with heart disease while building their own capacity to use evidenced-based Quality Improvement practices.

I’ve worked with him and the Fundred Team for four-plus years now. I’m always amazed by their spirit, kindness as well as the challenge and boldness of Mel’s vision.

One of the highlights of the MORTAR 5 Year Anniversary Celebration was the release of their 2018 Year Book. The report provides both hard data and stories pointing to the successes of the MORTAR approach, their curriculum and their alumni support.
